What we collect
We collect only the information needed to run BLAZE: parent or family contact information, participant names and grade levels, attendance responses, dinner volunteer commitments, and account access information. Parents or guardians should provide this information. Participants and student helpers should not submit personal or sensitive information through the site.
How we use it
Information is used only for registration, attendance and dinner planning, program communication, and administration of BLAZE Girls Bible Study. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with other families or unrelated organizations.
Who can see it
Public pages do not display participant or family contact information. Private attendance and family information is available only to authorized BLAZE Parent Committee members who need it to operate the program. Parents can access only their own family’s RSVP information. Information may also be processed by the service providers needed to host and maintain the site, or disclosed when required by law.
Passwords and hosting
Parent passwords are stored in a protected, unreadable form and cannot be viewed by committee members. The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. OpenAI and its contracted service providers process site information only as needed to host, maintain, and support the site. Review the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum for additional details.
What not to submit
Do not submit medical information, sensitive disclosures, emergency information, payment-card information, or confidential safety concerns through this website. Contact the BLAZE Parent Committee directly.
Retention and deletion
Participant and family registration, contact, RSVP, and dinner sign-up data will be deleted at the conclusion of each program semester. The Spring semester will begin with a fresh roster and new family access setup. Committee financial and reimbursement records are maintained separately according to the organization’s recordkeeping needs.
Questions or requests
Parents may contact the BLAZE Parent Committee to ask what information is maintained for their family, request a correction, reset account access, or request deletion when appropriate.
